What do I need to do before sending in my device?

Please ensure you have backed it up (if you can) and then restore to factory settings. Please ensure you have removed your SIM card and SD card if you have one.

Why do you need my device passcode?

The passcode is required for testing following the repair. We want to ensure the device is fully working. We only test functionality and at no time will your data be accessed.
